By purchasing a ticket you agree to these terms. If the attendee is under 18, the booking must be made or confirmed by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on the attendee's behalf.

1. The event
The Oxbridge Interview Masterclass takes place on [17 October 2026] at Plexal, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Eastway, London, E20 3BS from 0900 to 1700. The event is aimed at students preparing for Oxford and Cambridge mathematics interviews.

2. Tickets
Tickets are sold per attendee and are valid only for the named attendee. A ticket is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email. Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.

3. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of booking through our payment provider. All prices include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellations and refunds
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, including in the event of non-attendance, late arrival, illness or any change in your circumstances. Because this event takes place on a specific date, the 14 day cancellation right that applies to some online purchases does not apply to this booking.

Tickets may be transferred to another attendee at no charge, provided you notify us at enquiries@jpimathstutoring.com at least 7 days before the event with the new attendee's details.

If we cancel the event, or reschedule it to a date you cannot attend, you will be offered a full refund.

5. Photography, filming and use of images
We will have photographers and videographers present throughout the event. Filming focuses primarily on the speakers and sessions, but attendees may be captured in photographs and video, including in the background or during group activities and Q&A.

We may use this material on our website, social media channels including Instagram and YouTube, in advertising and in other promotional materials, now and in the future. We will not publish an attendee's full name alongside their image without separate permission, and we will seek separate permission from a parent or guardian before using an identifiable image of a student under 18 as a featured image in advertising.

Attendees who do not wish to be featured can request a no photography lanyard at registration, or email enquiries@jpimathstutoring.com beforehand. We will take reasonable steps to avoid featuring those attendees, though we cannot guarantee they will not appear incidentally in wide shots. If you appear in published material and would like it removed, email us and we will remove it from content we control where reasonably practicable.

6. Attendee conduct and safeguarding
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other attendees. We may ask anyone behaving disruptively or unsafely to leave, without a refund.

Attendees under 18 remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian. We do not provide supervision outside the scheduled sessions, and attendees are free to leave the venue during breaks unless a parent has told us otherwise. Please ensure we have a contact number for a parent or guardian who is reachable throughout the day.

7. Access and additional needs
Tell us at enquiries@jpimathstutoring.com before the event about any access requirements, medical conditions or dietary needs, and we will make reasonable adjustments where we can.

8. Materials
Any handouts, slides or resources provided at the event are for the attendee's personal use only and may not be copied, shared or resold.

9. Our responsibility
We will deliver the event with reasonable care and skill. Speakers and the programme may change for reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee any particular admissions outcome, and nothing at the event constitutes a guarantee of an offer from Oxford, Cambridge or any other institution.

We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings at the venue, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Your data
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
